Q1: Our workers are not professional in the furnace, could you send some people help us?
A1:Don’t worry, when the induction furnace arrived at the clients’ plant, our engineer will go and assist in installation, commission, and training until the workers can operate it by themselves.


Q2: How do you ensure your product quality? 
A2: We have a team comply with TQM(Total Quality Management) to ensure the quality. Each step is in compliance to the standards. At the same time, we will take photos and shoot video for you if you need.

Q3: How long is your delivery time?
A3: Generally it is 15-20 days if the products are in stock. or it is 25-30 days if the parts are not in stock, it is according to quantity.


Q4:You are a green hand on Alibaba, just ONE year, how can I trust your company and machine?
A4:Our factory have been in induction heating equipment ,induction melting furnace and product parts for many years. And our machine have sell in many citys in China, and we have a good feedback with no complaints.

Q5: Is it all right to make customer's own brand name?
A5: Sure, with your authorization of brand. We accept OEM service.


Q6:What about your package? If damages happen, how do you solve?
A6:We take standard wooden case, wire fixing and check at least 3 times before you get the product,.If damages occur, we will send the spare parts for you.
