1. Power of medium frequency forging furnace:
In general, the greater the power of our induction heating equipment, the greater the size and weight of the workpiece that can be heated or processed.
2. Frequency of medium frequency forging furnace:
The higher the frequency, the stronger the skin effect that indicates the position close to the induction coil (equivalent to the denser distribution of magnetic lines at this position), the faster the surface heating speed of the workpiece, the smaller the workpiece can be heated, the high frequency induction heating device Usually used in welding or surface quenching. On the contrary, the lower the frequency, the weaker the skin effect near the induction coil, but this is equivalent to the distribution of the magnetic lines away from the position of the induction coil and the distribution of the magnetic lines near the coil, which will bring about a better diathermy effect. It is also possible to make the workpiece more uniformly heated at the same time when heating a relatively thick workpiece. Medium frequency induction heating equipment is commonly used in hot forging or smelting or deeper quenching applications.
3. IF forging furnace induction coil:
Sometimes, the power and frequency of the induction heating equipment can meet the heating requirements of the workpiece. However, if the shape of the workpiece is very special, it may cause the calculated power and frequency to be unsuitable for the workpiece or work.
